One of my favorite lines from this book came from the “About the Author” section right at the very front – “if Elle can’t read about one (an alpha male) that is alpha enough to suit her, she will take it upon herself to write one.” As soon as I read those words, I knew that Elle Raven is my kind of woman and this was definitely going to be my kind of book. Control Me is the first book in the Barossa Series, and it starts out like a firecracker – exploding out of my Kindle and wowing me until the very last page. The writing was fluid, the scenes were steamy and naughty, and Max is mouth wateringly sexy. This book had intrigue and seduction, all points that kept me glued to my seat living with the characters and devouring each word.We first meet Jada Sinclair when she is preparing to take the stage at a high profile event. As a famous model, this is her life. It was always her dream to become Australia’s Top Model, and it’s a dream she is proud to say she accomplished. Years earlier, she left her family estate winery to follow her aspirations and hasn’t been back since. A fact she regrets, as living life in the spotlight isn’t always as glamorous as it may seem. She is lucky enough to have her best friend Mia Brunetti at her side, not only for the amazing support she provides – but for the reminder of Mia’s older brother Max, the man Jada has been in love with for as long as she can remember. The Sinclair Winery has been in Jada’s family for years, built from the ground up by her father. When the business falls prey to a sadistic predator, Jada is caught in the crosshairs – a victim of a brutal attack in an attempt to force her to sign away her shares. Escaping just barely with her life, she flees to the one place she knows she will be safe – back to Barossa and the protection of her family.Max Brunetti is a cunning and shrewd business man. He manipulates to get what he wants not only in business, but in the bedroom as well. He has his eye on acquiring the Sinclair Winery for himself, and will stop at nothing to make that happen. When he first sees Jada Sinclair again, two things strike him at once - the first being that Jada is a beautiful woman that he must possess. The second, she will be the key to him getting everything he wants. The connection and attraction between these two is blazing, sizzling and off the charts hot. How far will Jada go to save her family’s business from ruin? Is it worth the risk of her heart? With Max’s calculating and cold proposal on the table, will her heart survive or will she make the ultimate sacrifice to save the winery?Seduction. Complicated intrigue and strong family loyalties. This book has it all for me, let’s be honest – Elle Raven, you had me hooked at the first mention of “alpha.”**4 Deliciously Wicked Stars**xo Cassiadeliciouslywickedbooks.com

This debut novel by Elle Raven completely blew me away. I was drawn into the story from the first page and wow what a first chapter: Glitz, glamour, greed then pow!! A complete shock to knock you on your ass with the darker side of life rearing it's ugly head....Jada Sinclair is a successful model and a feisty heiress to the Sinclair Winery. Max Brunetti is a billionaire tycoon and a ruthlessly determined businessman. With these two characters Elle creates burning off the page passion and sizzling scenes to make you dive for a cold shower and the darker elements left me in tears with their gritty realism. The burning question is what happens when the one in control can't be in control of everything and everyone, when secrets and lies threaten to undermine your control who wins and at what price?! This book left me with one complaint... I want more!! Fortunately book 2 in the Barossa series will be out soon!!!

3.5 stars. So this is Elle Raven's debut novel I think and it was a really good start. I definitely enjoyed this story. Loved the setting and the characters. Max was a dick sometimes but he made it up to Jada by being super hot, and I liked Jada and how she never let Max intimidate her. I'll definitely be reading the next in this series, I'm really looking forward to Zane and Mia's story.I will say though that the reason it was 3.5 instead of 4 or higher is I felt the story had some flow issues. There were times where it felt choppy if that makes sense. And the time line was sometimes hard to follow, especially at the start. I would have also liked if they talked about Jada's anxiety a bit more, I felt like that could have been a much bigger plot point but it was glossed over a bit. Overall though I think it just needed some smoothing out and I'm sure that once Ms.Raven gets her grove figured out her books will be 5 stars no problem :)

I didn't think I was going to like this book but I did. I like Max and Jada's chemistry. I like how they think they hate one another but really they're hot for each other. At first starting out the book was a little too quick into each other they were and I didn't feel like I was getting the connection from them but I guess once Max spoke and actions happened lets just say I really needed to see what he's made of...This is my first read by this author and I'm going to say that its good. It's quick, funny-witted, strong personalities, crazy drama, rockin' sexual tensions, awesome chemistry, awesome siblings and a best friend that you'd wonder about him. So I'm hoping for Marco and Milan's and Zane and Mia's story to be out reaaaaaaal SOON!!!

This is Book 1 in a new series and is Jada and Max's story. Jada Sinclair is a stunning model who returns home to help her family from losing the Sinclair Winery. The only person that can help her family is the multi-billionaire tycoon Max Brunetti. The book started a little shaky for me, however I can appreciate with a new series that a picture needs to be set. That being said, the book certainly got better and better throughout. It had everything you wanted - romance, heartache, steamy sex and most importantly a really good dramatic original story. This is a really good Debut novel by Elle Raven and I suspect she is only going to get better with each new book. I will definitely be 1 clicking the next book in this series and will happily read more from Elle Raven in the future. While this is a series, this book can be read as a stand alone.

As first work Elle created an intriguing, engaging and captivating story. And I got hooked from the first chapter.Max...Well he is charismatic alpha arrogant hot a**hole. He is admiting and not hiding it. What he whants he got it. No matter what the way Max need it to do. Sometimes its annoying the s**t out of you but that also is what made him so attractive. And you want to jump his hot bones. LOL. Also it was very touching to watch how he sometimes shows his sweet side to Jada. And Jada is so strong person even more so after what happened with Tate Turner. She sweet and charming but stubborn. And this side of her comes out every time when Max are poking Jada which he is enjoying doing so much. And it was so amusing to watch how they bickered with each other and how that got them so hot and bothered that they just couldn't keep their hands and lips (and other parts of their anatomy ;) ) of each other.Loved interaction between families and friends. They were obvious someones you could count on everytime you are in a trouble, or just need talk to.Loved and got intrigued by interaction of Marco and Milan quarrel with each other all the time they meet. Do we see sparks flying around? And there going to be more there? And what about Zane&Mia? Which are next in the series. There was only hints about theirs attraction for each other. How Zane going to react to Mias v-card? Especially when there were hints that Zane have certains needs. Which I can gues *giving a wink*. Oh, possibilities possibilities there! So where I come from we have a saying, just reverse, which I thing fits here: The first pancake was not burned. Good job, Elle!

This is the debut from one talented writer as this read grabs your attention from the start. Opening with the glitz and glamour of Jada's perfect high profile celebrity lifestyle the writing spirals into the darkest depths as we bare witness to the acts of deranged man. Jada suffers horrible at the hands of a man her family trusted and she is left damaged yet fighting to prevent him from gaining her family's winery.Max Brunetti, long time family friend and billionaire has his eyes fixed squarely on the prize. He wants the winery as his own and due to the bad judgements made by Jada's father he sees a way to gain everything he wants and appear as a knight in shining armour. He wants The Sinclair Winery and he wants to possess her, he needs to own her too. Max know what he wants and plots, schemes and manipulates to get his own way. He is a master in business and is accustomed to getting what he wants with minimal effort. Jada though is feisty and refuses to become just a plaything, a toy for him to parade around. She confesses she has always felt attracted to him and the sexual tension between them is palatable. Their relationship develops onto more than just lust and the need to possess, but things never are that easy. The plot has twists and turns and has some gritty violent elements to it that kept those pages turning! An amazing read, well written and beautifully crafted, I could almost taste the wine! 5 mouth watering stars.

This book started strong, the attack Jada suffers at the beginning of the book is just incredibly scary and heartbreaking. For the most part I loved her character, she's mostly a strong and vibrant young woman that is independent and will not take any grieve from anyone. That is, until her relationship with Max starts and she behaves like a spoiled brat at times. Max, oh dear, he's the one who kind of messed this story up for me. I'm not sure if its the way his character was written, if it's the way he behaves like a horny teenager 24/7, if is the way he behaves like he's entitled to money, women, sex and power or a combination of all of the above. He truly turned me completely off of the story. Shame is that these two characters show some hot chemistry but it just doesn't translate as sensual and sexy when you have a "horny teenager AKA Max" coming through. The storyline was very interesting and I feel like the facts that I mentioned above took my attention away from it. I was very pleased as well with the secondary characters, who were a good complement to the main ones. I'm hoping that some of these things are not repeated on book two, Zane and Mia's story, because so far their story sounds worth taking a chance on.

This is the first book in the Barossa series and I absolutely loved it, from the first page Elle had me drawn into the story line, it was funny, it was sad, it had you sitting on the edge of your seat and boy were those sex scenes hot. I loved all the characters in this book, and they too have a story to be told. This was Max and Jada's story and I fell in love with these two, Max is one hell of a Alfa male and doesn't do relationships, Jada is beautiful and has known Max most of her life, she is funny, and is quick to backchat Max at any chance she gets. I just loved the interactions with these two , she has also been through something terrible, by the hands of someone else, because there is something he needs from her, and this is one of the reasons she is back in the Barossa. Max believes he can help Jada's family save there family vineyard, and so he sets a plan into motion, but will Jada agree to what he is asking, or will someone from her past cause her more pain, well all I can say is, you had better read this book to find out. Well done Elle on your debut novel, cant wait for the second part in this series.

when can we stop letting pride and need for control come between love.Jada has always loved Max, since she was a teenager, but knew that she would never have a chance with him for two reasons.1. she knows that when Max looks at her he sees a little girl still yet.2. Max is her best friends brother.Max is a player, the towns most eligible bachelor. He lives up to his name and must have control in all things including love. when the opportunity comes to help a close family friend he jumps at the chance, but it will come at a price. Max has always deep down wanted Jada, but only on his terms, now he has the chance to have the best of both worlds...... love and control but will he admit his true feelings. I loved this book. I can't belive it took me long to discover it. Definitely one of my favorite reads.

Attention- *~*~*~*~*~*~*SPOILER ALERT*~*~*~*~*~*~*I received this book as an ARC from Elle!!! I am completely and totally in love with Jada&Max!!!! They are the perfect alpha couple! Jada is strong but also weak in certain areas because of the attack from Tate Turner, totally relate able to any woman that has been attacked or damaged by a man. Max is the alpha playboy that never sees himself settling down. Them together is raw pure love that they are to blind in their ways to see right away! The best thing that ever happened to get them together was their fake engagement. I can't wait to read more from them and to read more about Zane&Mia!!!! Perfect novel for a debut!!! Love you Elle, you tart!!!! ;)

Control Me is a fantastic debut by Elle Raven. Where do I start? Hot Playboy Bachelor - Max. He is an Alpha, demanding, controlling but not in an arsehole kind of way. I hate those types. Not Max, Max is one to give toe curling orgasms.. I love me some Max.Our leading lady Jada is extremely likeable. She has been through a hell of a lot of shit, yet she isn't whiney about it. I loved Elle Raven for writing Jada like that. She knows what she wants and she damn well goes for it. This book was full of steamy sex, drama and action. I am really looking forward to reading Zane's story and I am hoping for Marco and Miccah's stories in the future too.

I was given an ARC of this novel by the author for an honest review, and I really enjoyed reading it. I kept trying to sneak off to read during our family vacation, and read snippets during car rides, but I could never get enough. I adored Max and Jada's story of the sexy, controlling Alpha male meets the hot, glamorous but damaged Super Model, and you will too! Elle Raven's debut novel knocked my socks off, and I can't wait for the next book! This story had just the right combo of romance, plot, hot steamy sex and action. And did I mention the hot steamy sex? Wowza!!!

I have had this book on my kindle for a couple of months, just waiting for the right time to add it into my reading list. This is a new author for me. As well as a new series. I am so very happy I came across this book on FB… I friggin’ L-O-V-E-D it! Like totes got into it and was glued to each page! Ha. Man I love hot tempered, stubborn, controlling Aussies. We first meet Jada Sinclair, eldest child and one of the heirs to the Sinclair Winery, Australia’s top model and a spirited girl is in a world all her own. 9 months ago after an awards event was attacked in her dressing room by someone wanting something from her that she wasn't giving up. He left near death. Thankfully her best friend Mia Brunetti finds her and calls for help. When she wakes up Jada makes Mia promise to not say anything. Now her rehab and therapy is done in Sydney so she is going home to the Barossa. Spending time with her family and away from the hustle and bustle of a busy town will help her heal the rest of the way. When Jada gets home she plans to find a way to talk to Max Brunetti and see f they can work out a way for a loan so she can help her father save their winery. After a few bad investments and Tate’s embezzling, her family's winery is on the brink of being lost. But before Jada can go to Max something happens that makes her world go upside down in a tumble. Topsy turvy in a mess of legs, arms and ecstasy. Her long time crush Max Brunetti, Mia’s very sexy, very rich, playboy of a brother walks into her life with an offer she can’t possibly turn down after a moment of unplanned passion in her family's pool house. Maxs wants the winery. Jada wants money to save her family's legacy. Her father wants the winery to stay in the family. Its his daughters future. So Max, being the smart, cunning business man he is comes up with a plan. A foolproof plan. He asks Jada to marry him. There is no way to deny the attractions they both have for each other so it would work. He’d get the winery, the stocks for the winery would still be hers and her sister Milan’s and in the family. Can they actually pull this off? They both have this uncanny need to be around one another, its as if they are being drawn into each other. Max being close to her makes her feel safe and Jada being close to him set something off inside him. They are like each others drug. Their fake relationship starts to blossom into more than just lust, sex and a little business. When he touches Jada she loses all train of thought. When Max isn’t with her she is all he can think about. As their engagement party and then the wedding are planned they still keep up the ‘we are in love’ facade for everyone else but the feelings start to eat at them. Both of them start to realize this is more than a faced. It is real. Maybe they have always loved one another. Could it be so? Jada had a crush on him when she was younger, since they grew up together. As time passes they get closer and closer even if they fight like cats and dogs at times. Jada has a fast, hot temper that his strength and aggression feed off of. They are both ticking time bombs until they learn to stop fighting the feelings. But even then they fight and then make up for it multiple times. While on a business trip Max notices a scar on Jada’s tummy. When he asks her about it she plays it off and agrees to tell him another day. On their way home Jada decides to tell him. As they sit on the plane she tells Max all about the night that Tate attacked her. And of course she is a hysterical mess and he is trying to stay calm so he can console her. She doesn't get to finish their talk on the plane but when they get back home to the Penthouse Jada lets it all out. That Tate had cause internal injuries and she wasn't able to have kids. (Though they said she may have trouble getting pregnant and going full term she could possibly get pregnant but she doesn't tell him that.) Needless to say he is speechless in rage at the man that hurt the woman before him and Jada takes his silence as a confirmation that he can do better than a broken girl like her. By the time he comes to his senses she is gone. When he tracks her down the next day he is just in time to keep her from leaving him. He tells her he loves her. And she in turn confirms that she is in love with him. But wouldn’t ya know… things don’t always stay happy for long. Not when the bad guy shows back up. Yes Tate. The bastard manages to corner Jada at her childhood home and if not for Max and his best friend, who is a cop getting to her just in time he would have finished what he started almost a year ago. This story was action packed. So much happened in these pages. It is a great well built, crazy ass story that I could so see as being something that can or has happened in Real Life. Ya know their are crazy mofo's all around us. And the love story tossed into the mix was absolutely perfect. They started out as fire and ice and ended up squished together like peanut butter and jelly. (laughs) Stupid analogy aside its a fantastic little story!

For a debut novel Elle Raven managed to pack far more into this book that I would have ever anticipated. The book jumped to life from the first page, diving straight in to a strong a punchy storyline. Jada, a stunningly beautiful model who travels the world and lives a life that many would give their right arm for is subjected to the most horrific of attacks and in order to recuperate she heads home to her family in the Barossa Valley. She needed time to gather herself together to heal both physically and mentally and to find that feisty spark again, the one she wore so well. Then we get Max, well I don’t actually think I got Max at all initially, he was fairly difficult for me to actually like early on. This self-made man was not only seriously wealthy but he was stupidly handsome and topped all that off with his own special brand of arrogance and I was at a loss for words. Now, life when she returned home was a lot harder than Jada had anticipated, the family winery was in serious financial trouble and there was only one person they could turn to for assistance…MaxHe may be a friend of the family and Jada may have had a secret crush on him for many years but get the two of them together and the sparks start to fly, in and out of the bedroom. This was a full on battle of will in some respects but there was only ever going to be one winner, Max Brunetti does not do second place, ever. He made sure that he used every trick in the book to get her to bend to his will and she enjoyed every second of his domination.I have to say that while initially Max was a bit of a sore subject, I did warm to him. I found I began to understand why he was the way he was, and I actually felt for him. He had been the subject of use and abuse, for want of a better word by so many women that his walls were up and he had no intention of ever letting them down. Women only wanted him for what they could get from him, for the social prestige of being his girlfriend or being seen in his company, I mean who wouldn’t want a shot with the most eligible bachelor in the country but it was his money that was the biggest aphrodisiac to the women he was surrounded by, and he just wanted someone to want him for himself not what he could give them… he wanted to be enough in his own right. But that aside, I have to say I thought the story took shape really well, the way he showed Jada how much she meant to him, the love that grew between the two of them and the fact that despite the odd temper tantrum, Jada managed to curb this megalomaniac and let him see that there was nothing wrong with being nice. There were a few bits that niggled but nothing that was glaringly getting on my nerves. I thought at least one situation was glossed over too quickly but then again this is a work of fiction so I can let that slide.Overall a super first of the series, certainly has me reaching for book two immediately!

Eeeppp , squee, clench, sigh, swoon, drool...Holy shit that was one hell of a sexy ass read!!! I loved every minute of Control Me! From the plot to the characters to the incredible amount of sex this book controlled me from cover to cover!! I completely devoured it in one sitting ...it was an ignore my family kind of read! Ms. Raven's ability to engage and connect the reader to her characters is done so easily it's almost like falling into a trance! First let's talk about Jada's character. I loved her!!! She is the perfect mix sassy, sexy, snarky, and so incredibly brave and likeable! And I just loved her with Max! Their sexual chemistry was off the charts smokin' hot!! Max and Jada are so hot I was literally blushing, and fanning myself while reading! Now let's talk about that delectable creature that is MAX!!! Yummy! *droolElle Raven is an alpha man writing QUEEN!!! I'm so over the top hooked on the perfect blend of alpha male that is Max. Max exudes the typical alpha traits with complete perfection!! Any women that reads this book heed my WARNING....change of panties will be required!!! The man is a dirty talking, sex on a fucking stick, dipped in dominance, smothered with possessiveness, oozing charm all served with the right side a sweetness GOD of a man. yOU WILL WISH HE CONTROLLED YOU!! BOOK REVIEW by Michelle 15th August 2014:RATINGS: 4 MMmmmm MALE STARS!!This was a really good start to the Barossa series. I was intrigued to read this series the minute I spotted the series title. I was born in the Barossa Valley, Angaston to be exact, and it is a beautiful area. I myself have lived in Adelaide for 20 years and my nan lived in Angaston. I was always up at nan’s sleeping over in her little semi.I think Elle can go a long way with this series and the beautiful setting behind it. I am a little jelly that she thought to set it in the Barossa Valley. Awesome!!! Brilliant!!!Control Me is a reasonably quick read filled with lovely lads and the chicks are very likable with a sinister side to the story.Elle likes using character names starting with ‘M’. We have, Mia, Max, Marco, Miccah, Michael and Milan. I do love the name Milan for a girl.Zane is a character I am very intrigued to read. He just connected with me in a rawrrrrr kind of way. Ding-a-ling-ling.I loved hearing a couple of the towns in the Barossa named in this book, Tanunda and Lyndoch, I know them well. Our leading man Max, I will admit I didn’t really connect with him at the start as he was a bit of an ass, but I grew to really like him in the end.I am a little intrigued by Miccah too. He is currently only named in this installment, he is away elsewhere.Mia, Max’s sister, I wasn’t sure of her rather brusque attitude towards what happened to Jada at the start of the book, but I really liked her by the end. I thought Elle did a wonderful job of her first installment in this series, I hope Angaston gets mentioned in an installment and Nuriootpa. Time will tell.I look forward to getting a little deeper into the characters and finding out more about them.Jada and Max were a great couple in Control Me. I hope they pop up again in further installments. Marco has me intrigued too, that would be Max’s brother. This was a great start to this series which I hope to see more of the beauty of the Barossa Valley brought into the story line as it is a stunning and fabulous setting.Well done Elle.Michelle

HOT DAMN what a great debut from Elle !! 5 SCORCHING HOT STARS !!!!Right from the start you connect with Jada in the midst of a horrific event she has suffered. Now heading back home to her parents vineyard she will be faced with a man who has always haunted her dreams and desires and a proposition to help her family's struggling business. Max and Jada's story is filled with many emotions and I was not at all disappointed in the drama and the steam. Max and Jada have known each other forever and unknown to each other they have both always had a burning desire for one another. So now when her best friends brother is the only way to save her family's vineyard Jada makes a choice that may just change her life forever. It may seem to not be a good choice at first but very quickly you see the dynamic of their relationship change into something nobody expected and thankfully we don't lose that hot steamy spark that we get to enjoy !! THIS BOOK IS HOT !! Max is that strong dominant alpha male and despite thinking his arrangement is a great business deal he is not ready for the feelings that come about. No shortage of danger and suspense as Jada battles the demons of her past with the help of Max's overbearing demands and love !! I loved their journey and was so happy that they both came to their senses and were able to be open and honest about their pasts and feelings. They are definitely meant to be and they may have been the last 2 to realize it but thankfully they did !!I loved that the story was set in Australia ,just picturing these hot men with accents , yum !! There was such great character development and I love everyone and cannot wait for the series to continue with such a great lead in for the next book !! There was such a great mix of steam ,drama , love , emotion and of course the glamour of being a model and a rich businessman !! They really are a force to be reckon with !! Both families are and I am loving the fact that the series will go on !! Enough rambling GO READ NOW !!

Wow.. What a tornado of a book! Control me is a scorching hot novel and well a freaking tornado! The plot is very intriguing and mysterious, as we don’t know where we will end up and how our characters will be when they actually get there. Not to mention that Jada and Max are absolutely freaking delicious characters, who keep the readers on their toes. We never know what they’ll do and we never know how they will react. Jada is a beautiful young woman, inside and out. She is loyal to her family and friends. She’s so much fun to hang out with, as you never know what will come out of her mouth. She certainly tames Max; that’s for sure.. Max is such a dickhead in the beginning. He only speaks about the winery or how hot Jada is. Well he continues to praise Jada’s umm hotness, but he finally (slowly oh very slowly) admits to himself and other, including Jada, that the winery is nothing in front of her! And that’s what I liked the most about him. Even in the beginning when he was still an asshole, he always cared about Jada and her needs. He always took care of her. So, yeah Max is totally one of my favorite guys EVER! The story was good and flowing nicely. There are some parts in the story that don’t sit well with me. Without giving any spoilers, I’ll say that many things can be kept secret, but some others just can’t. And second of all, there was one inconsistency. Again, I can’t say more, but let’s just say that I was surprised how one event got handled, especially seeing it by the legal view… Anywayyyy Control me is an explosive read..You will be hooked on it from the first pages and won’t be able to put it down. So, I suggest you clear one evening or night and dedicate it to this winner here..And I’d also suggest you don’t read it in public..Yeah it is THAT HOT!!! So, 4.5 Sparkling Stars go to this fantastic debut of Elle Raven, Control me! Note:The Barossa Series #2 : Initiate me (even the title is tingling me!) is coming out soon and it focuses on………… Zane, our sexy cop, and…….. Mia, who is naturally amazing !!!!

Control Me (Barossa #1)By: Elle Raven4/5 starsJada Sinclair is Australia’s hottest model and has had a lucrative, long-lasting career. She is also heiress to the Sinclair Family Vineyard. But her father made a bad business deal by trusting the wrong person and that has thrown the vineyard into dire financial straits. Jada wants to help her father and not let the vineyard go bankrupt or give in to the vulture that caused all the financial problems in the first place. The only person who could help her now was Max Brunetti, her best friend’s older brother, her long-time crush and ultra-wealthy businessman.Max Brunetti is shocked when Jada returns to the Barossa Valley. Secretly, he always found her attractive & had a crush on her, but since he was several years older than her, he never acted on those feelings. So he just ignored her or tried to treat her like he treated his little sister Mia. He’s also had his eyes on the on the Sinclair Vineyard and had always wanted to make it a part of the Brunetti Estates. And now, with Jada back, he thinks that he has the perfect solution to all the Vineyard’s problems and to his own “lack” of a family-man image. What starts out as a contract in order to help each other through their businesses & business deals, Max & Jada find that they have more in common with each other and real feelings start to develop. And once that happens, all former pretenses go out the window & they build something real and beautiful. This book was predictable, but it was a very good read. I thoroughly enjoyed it and Max’s dirty talk was hot!! This book takes place in Australia & the author is Australian, so there are some Australian slang and Australian English spellings as well. Some of the characters are Italian, so there are just a few words of Italian as well.I do plan on reading this series because I really enjoyed this book & the characters.

If you want a hot raunchy read, look no further than this offering from author Elle Raven.Max Brunetti is Australia’s most eligible bachelor due to his looks and his ruthlessness in business that has made him a very wealthy man. He has no need for a relationship outside of the sheets and no interest in that changing in the future. He has found the women he attracts only want his name and the prestige associated with being on Max’s arm, so he discards them as soon as his needs are met.Jada Sinclair is Australia’s top model and living her dream between Sydney, New York and Paris, working the runways. Then one night a brutal attack changes everything, and she finds herself returning to her home winery in the Barossa Valley to recover from her injuries and try to regain her confidence that was shattered in the attack.Once home, Jada finds that her family’s winery is in financial trouble and the only person that can help is friend of the family, and her schoolgirl crush, Max Brunetti.Once Max and Jada collide there are no holds barred and once Max decides that he wants her in his life permanently he doesn’t hold back in getting to her to succumb to his demands both in and out of the bedroom. I can tell you the bedroom scenes are as steamy as they come!A fantastic thigh clenching debut from Elle. I look forward to seeing what the rest of this Series will bring.

Control Me Given an ARC for an honest review Elle Raven's debut is truly one hot read. Jada is a gorgeous fashion model from the rich wine-country of the Barossa Valley in South Australia. Her family own a winery and are trying desperately to keep it afloat. Jada's best friend Mia knows her secret however she promises not to tell. Mia and her big brother Max also from the Barossa Valley. He is one hot sexy alpha male who is very successful and is a playboy from way back. When Max hears of Jada's family struggle he decides to take matters into his own hands. Jada comes home from Sydney after a terrible accident to take some time out and be with her family through this difficult time. She hasn't seen Max for years but she has never forgotten how gorgeous he is and how he makes her feel. Some favourite parts for me were when Jada's sister Milan was talking about the kinky stuff in front of Max's innocent younger sister Mia. Another scene was when Jada and her sister arrive at the penthouse. Be warned - there is a lovely WET surprise - drool - Max in a towel. You will also meet some other Hot alpha males; Zane the broody cop and Max's brother Marco. I hope enjoy Control Me as much as I did.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Bright stars from me. Victoria DeBono

I liked this story but I didn't give it a higher rating bc there was a lot of emphasis on superficial things. The h is Australia's top model and the H is a world famous bachelor billionaire. Their chemistry was certainly HOT but the story lacked substance. The characters focus mostly on designer clothes, looks, and money. The h doesn't have any skills or hobbies and mostly shops with her friends all day. I didn't like that her group of sisters/friends want to know everything about her sex life. If the H and his friends spoke so candidly about the h's body and sexual performance, we would be offended. There is a scene where the h is dressed in a skimpy bikini and sits at the breakfast table with her parents and the H. Then she is visiting a vineyard wearing shorts and a tiny shirt tied under her breasts that leaves her stomach bare. I also remember her sister dressed in skin tight jeans and a cutoff shirt while the family has guests. Maybe that's just me but I didn't think any of that was appropriate. With regards to the story, how is it possible that such a world famous model suffers such a violent attack that makes her disappear for a year and no one reports it. Even if she tries to keep it a secret, this is a world with twitter, blogs. camera phones, TMZ, etc.

I just finished Control Me and I really liked it. It was a quick and sexy read. Jada's family is getting ready to lose their family legacy. The Sinclair winery. We have Tate. He is a very mean man. He almost kills Jada to try and get control of the winery. She will not trust any man now however she needs to save it so here comes Max. Max wants the winery however he want Jada too. So what does a man who gets everything do? You will have to read and see. I liked the story. I thought that it flowed really well. I do think that at times it was predictable so I wasn't shocked but still enjoyed it. I thought that the characters were good but I wanted more from them. More depth, more feelings. Max was a hottie. He is very controlling and alpha, grrrrrr. Jada was a good girl. I felt bad for what she went through and just wanted her to have her HEA. I'm glad the author set it up hat they knew each other prior to the story. It brought a more subtle love to it where if it wasn't then it would have been believable. It was a quick and sexy and I'm interested to see what happens in the future. Story 4Sex 4Overall 4Reviewed by Beggin from Mommys a Book Whore
